We started of 2024 with a white blanket of snow. Hamish, our President of Canine Relations, was quite excited.
February
February’s Girls Night Out was a hit! We had our first period supply drive for Grassroots Howard County!
We hosted our local Bollman Bridge Elementary’s Art Show for a month long!
More Than Java revealed Savage Mill to be their new home.
March
March arrived and we celebrated all the incredible women who are making their mark at Savage Mill on #InternationalWomensDay!
Our moss wall got a revamp by Xanadu Botanicals and Design.
We exceeded our Blood Drive donation goal to 23 units!
April
Clarence, one of our more annoying pigeons on our campus, had to get nest supplies for his wife.
May
We jumped in on the bandwagon and had a Bridgerton themed Girls Night Out.
Savage finally got a Farmer’s Market! We were thrilled to have some familiar faces as vendors and he the community come together!
June
Our annual Bluegrass Festival had familiar favorites and a selfie wall!
Daphne went a little above and beyond for take your dog to work day.
We hosted two year-end musical performances with the 5th grades from Centennial Lane Elementary School and St. John’s Lane Elementary School. The talented bands, orchestras, and choruses entertained families, merchants, and visitors.
August
Our plant themed Girls Night Out was an absolute hit!
We were honored to be one of the Maryland Women’s Business Center’s locations for their Shop Local Initiative. It was a wonderful time honoring the incredible impact of women-owned small businesses at the ribbon cutting.

The team decorated day and night for our Annual Yuletide. In addition to our regular decorations, Adam fitted an entire space for our Makers Market!
December
The bridge lights went up! With the help of the Howard County Police Department, Danny and his team at Aardvark Concepts were able to install brand new lights!
The Bollman Bridge Lighting was the brightest yet!
Hamish and Daphne were eager to deliver the tenants their annual holiday treats. This tradition of handmade goodies from the management team is one of the perks of being part of the Savage Mill family.
